1. Introduction
Welcome to project.golf (“the Website”). The Website is operated by Project Golf Ltd (company number 13843932), registered at 48–54 Moorgate, London, England, EC2R 6EJ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Website use
• The content on this Website is for general information only.
• We may update or change the Website at any time without notice.
• You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce harmful material.
3. Bookings
• Bookings are managed through our third-party provider Kenko (formerly Bookee).
• By making a booking, you agree to Kenko’s terms and privacy policy, as well as any policies set out by Project Golf.
• We are not responsible for technical issues or downtime within third-party booking systems.
4. Liability
• We do our best to ensure the Website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or suitability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Website.
5. Intellectual property
• All content on this Website (text, images, branding, design) is owned by or licensed to Project Golf Ltd.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
6. Links to other websites
• This Website may include links or embeds from third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Lesson T&C’s
These terms and conditions govern the agreement between the golf coach (“the Coach”) and
the pupil (“the Pupil”). This is a personal agreement between the Coach and the Pupil only,
and is not a contract with Project Golf Ltd or any associated entity.
1. Booking & Payment
• Lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• Confirmation of your lesson constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Expiry
• All lessons must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.
• Any lesson not taken within this period will expire and no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may be
rescheduled.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will result in the full loss of
that lesson. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Failure to attend without notice (no-show) will result in the full loss of the lesson. No refund
or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are not available except in the case of injury sustained by the Pupil which prevents
participation.
• To request a refund on medical grounds, the Pupil must provide reasonable evidence of the
injury (e.g. a doctor’s note) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refunds will be considered at the Coach’s discretion and issued to the original payment
method.
5. Personal Agreement
• This agreement is solely between the Coach and the Pupil. Project Golf Ltd is a
platform/facility only and is not a party to this contract and holds no liability in relation to the
lesson or these terms.
6. Confirmation
By booking a lesson, the pupil confirms they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
